Reset the zoom, focus, X/Y position of the chart
Injections are stored on your computer when they are first downloaded. If the old data is no longer valid or is not displaying correctly and you want to clear this cache, click the reset data cache button.
Most browsers only allow 5MB of local storage, so only the first ~10 injections will be retained when the page is refreshed.
Focus %:
Defines the relative focus of the chart. Changing this value to a lower number will stretch the chart vertically to focus on that percentage of the data - i.e., setting it to 2 will focus on 2% of the chart.
Higher numbers are more zoomed out.
Finalize the currently configured injections and attach save the printout in the original document as a Summary Report.
Apply the current zoom, focus, and X/Y position to all injections.
Creates a print view based on your currently configure injections. Use your browser's print functionality (CTRL-P on Windows, COMMAND-P on Mac) to print. If you want a PDF printout, select the "Save as PDF" option in the print menu. This printout will not be saved in the SciCord ELN.

Create a printer-friendly version of the chromatogram. It can be used to create a local PDF printout, or to finalize the printed report that will be attached to the SciCord report and made available in the original document.

Toggle the Retention time being shown in the chart next to the peak names
Hide/Show columns in the peak table and set number of decimals
Take a screenshot of the chart, as it is currently configured.
Show/Hide all secondary injections currently loaded in the chromatagram
Normal View - Secondary injections are overlayed directly on the primary injection
Stacked View - Secondary injections have an offest applied. The offset can be altered using the arrows
